GHOST AND MUMMY GLOW STICKS

If your school is like ours, you aren't permitted to bring sweet stuff to parties any longer. I canstantly have to think up alternatives for the goody bags and today I will show how I made some easy ones out of gauze and glow sticks. Check out the tutorial over at THE HYBRID CHICK.
