This n That

How are you all? Hope you had a wonderful holiday season.  Ours was a bit difficult as my mother-in-law passed away.  She was an amazingly special woman and we were all very close, especially my kids.  From the minute we met, she treated me like I was one of her own daughters.  Whenever I heard my friends complain about their mil's I always bragged that I had the very best and was so fortunate. She will be greatly missed by an immeasurable number of people.

I haven't much felt like crafting lately and for some reason I have had no desire to make cards at all.  My Christmas cards turned out to be pics of my kids on a digital card background.  Pathetic, I know, but I didn't have time to make them this year. I did manage to get my monthly post done for THE HYBRID CHICK though and I think it is kinda fun.  I have a tutorial on how it was made at THC.

I can't take credit for the idea, I saw it on the TAC blog quite a while ago.  I thought it was such a cute idea because my kids loved to play with these things when they were young. It was one of the few toys besides electronics that kept them occupied for any length of time.  It is the kind where you roll the little balls around and try to get them all in the holes all at one time.  I love the digi paper for this project because it is perfect for Valentine's Day classroom crafts or treat bags.

Thanks for stopping by!
