OH BABY PART 2 AND IT'S A JUNGLE OUT THERE!

ITS A JUNGLE OUT THERE!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!

This new little cutie is Bree, another new release available from The Greeting Farm on August first. When I first saw her I thought "oh how cute, a little explorer" and I thought of several ways I could use her that way. When I actually started coloring her I realized she was supposed to be a mail carrier because she is holding a letter in her hand. Duh, keep in mind my day job relies on my being observant LOL. I had already started on this project so I just cut off the piece of mail and gave her a little treasure map instead.

The tutorial for the little back pack was found at SCS HERE.
I thought this would be so cute as a jungle theme party gift bag. Tuck some animal crackers and a mini stuffed lion and your good to go.

Please check out the other design team member's blog for some different sneak peeks you won't want to miss.
Don't forget about the blog hop going on this Saturday and we will have more sneak peeks tomorrow so check back.

OH BABY PART 2

This card was made to go along with the gift (the cupcake box gift basket) for a new little baby girl. I used the rattle from Lindsay's Stamp Stuff baby set. I paper pieced the rattle, added a scallop circle punch on the back of the rattle and popped it up on the card. When I don't have time to color or I just want a different look, paper piecing always works well for me.

The July special of spend $5 and get a free stamp is still going on and there is another hidden freebie at one of the DT members blogs so make sure to visit them all to find your free stamp and be inspired.
